Yes, you can purchase an extended warranty for 2% per year, with a maximum warranty of up to 5 years total.

Our normal office hours follow most holidays, but our team is available 24/7/365 for customer emergencies. Please note that orders that have been taken or shipped after hours, on weekends, or on holidays, though, will incur additional emergency fees.

Our free shipping does not include a dedicated truck. Most transformers are quoted with free delivery anywhere in the lower 48 states, with a few exceptions for extra-large specialty units. These are not dedicated loads, but frequently ship within 24–72 hours of the order receipt.

Absolutely. Most of our orders include free freight anywhere in the lower 48 states, however, you are welcome to arrange your own freight and our team will happily load your truck at no extra cost.

Most substation transformers are loaded onto 6x6 or 8x8 timber and are secured onto a flatbed truck. We typically recommend using slings on a forklift to lift the transformer from the lifting eyes, although you could potentially lift it from below, instead. Contact our team with any questions and we’ll confirm the specific arrangement you’ll need.

es, we can! We’ve even been known to fly across the country to get measurements on-site, ensuring the perfect form fit and function, especially for equipment that needs to close-couple HV or LV gear on either side. Your sales associate can answer any questions you have about custom work.
